We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to clean, lead and ensure we provide excellent customer service and high quality cleanings. Housekeeping Supervisor's responsibilities include being the main cleaner of a team of two, training and motivating assistant housekeeper, overseeing the quality of work, managing the time within customer homes accurately. To be successful in this role, you should have a good time management skills, attention to details, team management abilities. Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly. Company vehicle and equipment provided. Responsibilities -Be a leader in cleaning homes -Train housekeeping assistants on cleaning and maintenance tasks -Check rooms and all areas for proper cleanliness -Educate assistant cleaners on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards -Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job -Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly -Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas Skills -Work experience as a leader in housekeeping or or similar role -Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations -Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment and products -Excellent organizational and team management skills -Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job -Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends -Ability to lift 25 lbs Spanish a plus English preferred
