Looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to work at our Apartment Community in Largo, Florida. Come join our Team!! Job Description: Building maintenance such as but not limited to maintaining grounds, plumbing, electrical, repair appliances, install/repair window coverings and extensive HVAC maintenance Complete service requests within established time-lines Maintain maintenance log daily Move heavy objects from one area to another Prepare apartments for new residents Address all emergency maintenance issues immediately Perform on-call services when scheduled Must be able to use heavy machinery Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems/functions Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Pass background check HVAC certification is a MUST! Minimum 2 years HVAC experience Working knowledge of apartment maintenance Outstanding customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Enjoy being part of a team Only experienced and interested applicants should apply.
