Warehouse Associate Positions Summary This position reports directly to the warehouse manager. This is an hourly position. Responsibilities • Shipping, receiving, cutting, stocking and loading carpet on machine and vinyl on carousel. • General upkeep of the warehouse • Performing warehouse inventory control and keeping quality standards high for physical inventory Qualifications • General Computer skills • Ability to lift 75 lbs. on a routine basis • Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) scanner a plus • Capable of operating a forklift and pallet jack • Must have good communication skills • Attention to detail • Friendly and engaging attitude • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic • Ability to multitask • Mechanical Aptitude Required • 3 - 5 years minimum Warehouse experience including receiving, shipping and inventory operations • Previous management experience is desirable • Forklift certified or ability to be certified within 90 days • Must pass a drug test and background check
