We have several openings on our Pond Maintenance crew. We need two candidatse for our 6a-2:30p shift from March-September. All positions will be brought on through a local temporary staffing agency. Do you have the following qualifications: • Being a dependable worker who cares about their team, safety and efficiency? Coupled with the ability and desire to learn will put you on a path of success for this position. That's all it takes to be just the fit we're looking for. Here are some of the types of duties involved. Some of this sounds technical, but, you will be thoroughly trained to perform these tasks by a supportive staff who will help guide you along the way: • Sweeps and harvests ponds with tractor. • Monitor condition of pond media for pH, temperature, etc. • Verifies harvest and transfer setups. • Fixes blow outs and leaks on high pressure system. • Pressure washes ponds as needed. • Daily pond cleaning and sanitation procedures.
