Found Siamese Kitty

Description

This sweet domesticated baby was on the trail by Allerton Gardens. She came running out of the weeds when she heard our voices obviously asking for help. My husband and son are allergic otherwise I would have rescued her today. Her stomach was droopy, she may have kittens out there. Anyone have any info on her?
