Reliable Porters/ Grounds Keeper needed for an Apartment Community in Jacksonville! “Recently obtained your A/C license and want to explore a career in the booming Apartment industry?!” Don’t wait until it’s too late… Job Description • Pick up trash & debris from grounds • Water plants • Lawn care • Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up. • Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc. • Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary • Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters • Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun). • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus! Must meet the following qualifications: • Possess a valid I.D. • Have reliable transportation • Willing to submit to a background check • The ability to safely lift 50 pounds This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
