You know it's important to prioritize you, but you just can't make the time or something else always pops up or gets in the way. It's time to put you first, and show up for yourself without feeling selfish. I invite you to join me for an evening of Sacred Self Care.
Being extremely intentional about showing up for you and taking care of yourself. We’ll be using a holistic approach to relax, reconnect, and to refill your cup. Using meditation, breathing techniques, physical yoga postures, yoga nidra (yogic sleep, a deeply relaxing guided meditation practice), nourishing drinks and snacks, and a to go self care bag to continue the process at home. All methods designed to help you release stress and anxieties and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated ready to take on whatever comes your way.
No previous experience required! Prenatal friendly offering.
