PART TIME SUPERINTENDENT POSITION IN DUMBO MUST LIVE IN A NEARBY LOCATION The Superintendent is responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, and building code compliance. The primary goal of this position is to provide a safe and adequate living/working environment for residents. Minimum Requirements: - Must live in a nearby location - Must have all day availability -At least 3 years of experience as a superintendent or maintenance position. - Experience supervising vendors. - Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, small repairs and janitorial duties. - Ability to handle and manage building concerns and maintenance issues. - Keeping good relations with residents. - Must be extremely detail oriented. - Self-motivated & proactive. Desired Qualifications: - Possess valid NYC licenses and/or Certifications (boiler, standpipe, etc.) a plus but not needed - Experience overseeing the operation of all cooling, boiler, fire command, domestic water and electric systems. * Please reply with your resume * Pay shall commensurate with experience
