All work is based on a project-to-project basis or seasonal work, your choice. Work available is perfect for people who enjoy gardening and landscaping and want control of the days and hours they work. Any Permaculture, NOFA or ELA training is also a plus. Position available is: Crew Associate: Garden Specialist: Duties are to design, plant and maintain 4 season container gardens, as well as annuals and perennial beds. You will be the master/mistress of our rose gardens, so experience with roses is needed. Must be a talented planter and proficient at plant identification. If you believe in garden fairies and energy, we want you! Must be able to take accurate inventories and records. Computer skills necessary. Must have own reliable vehicle that you can haul plants with. Gardening tools a plus. Pay is $30-$38 hour depending on talent, competencies, speed and doing impeccable work.
