Introductory Karate Workshop (Ages 7-9)

No experience needed! Come and try traditional karate with no obligation to continue! This workshop is open to all students ages 7-9. This workshop is open to everyone between the ages 7 and 9! During this 45 minutes workshop you will be given an introduction into traditional karate. Learn the basics of blocking, punches, stances, and our history. At least one parent must be present for the entire workshop. Save your spot now, 15 person limit. Everyone will be required to wear a mask, pass a no contact temperature check, and use hand sanitizer that will be provided upon entering to follow proper covid safety guidelines. All participants will remain 10 feet apart during instruction. Instructors will be wearing a face shield and gloves. Dress comfortably in clothes you may move freely in. No obligation to continue!
