looking for another laborer for our crew. If you are interested in a long term situation with steady consistent work, this could be it - if you have the desire to learn and a strong work ethic. No seasonal layoffs, all year long, even through the winter, our crew has full time work. Even now, they are working (indoors) 40 hours a week. Several are putting in (by their choice) 45 to 50 hours a week. We never laid anyone off due to the virus. We have several projects in the works and would like to find someone that is willing to work hard for a stable, consistent future. We are a small company that buys, renovates, rents and maintains apartments and houses for low income people who don't receive subsidies. We currently have several projects underway and need to hire another good productive worker that is focused and dedicated. We are looking for a hardworking person. You must be able to lift heavy materials such as doors, roofing etc. Not constantly, but able to carry an 80 pound door, or bag of concrete mix when needed. If you have some building and Maintenance skills, that is a plus. Most of our projects are in the city of Winston Salem, occasionally we do a project in an adjacent area. You will be a laborer, and in the process will be trained to paint, refinish floors, lay tile, do finish carpentry, and many other skills which will benefit you in the future and can lead to a rewarding career. You will bring home a minimum of $300 to $400 in your pocket each week – If you work all week and are a productive team member. That is ($12 to $16 an hour gross pay). Pay will be based on performance, so as long as you do good work, you will be rewarded for being fast and focused. You must be able to get along with and respect people of all races, religions, sexes, etc. We work around tenants and all of our staff must respect all others Drug users and drunks, please do not bother to apply.
