We are currently looking for safety oriented, quality people for repairing and finishing boat propellers. Entry level position requires candidate willing and effectively learn this company's trade. Advancement will depend on how well the information is learned and applied. Candidate is responsible for reporting to management team on various items daily. Qualified candidates must have a good sense of self awareness, be organized and detail-oriented and be timely, dependable and have the ability effectively manage their time. Good communication, written and verbal skills are a must. The candidate must carry a valid driver's license. The candidate must be able to lift up to 70 pounds. Candidate must have experience with the use of hand tools, power tools and various measurement tools such as calipers and dial indicators. Must be able to work as instructed. Candidate must be able to accept constructive criticism, take pride in the quality of their work, and want to contribute in a team environment. This company is a Drug Free Workplace. EOE.
