POSITION SUMMARY: VISION miami is a Design-Build company focusing on highest end interior renovations and build-outs. Modern design, attention to detail and exceptional customer service are priorities for building/maintaining the reputation of this growing company. VISION miami is seeking a qualified individual capable of performing the following job description tasks and possessing extensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be qualified candidates should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking and reliable. The employee will report directly to the VISION miami office who authorizes allocation of resources and project expenditures. Experience: · Residential: 4 years (Required) · Job duties includes electrical, plumbing, framing, plastering, painting walls and perform minor touchup painting or paint wood trim, molding, door, or wood trim work, replace flawed, broken or missing hardware on cabinets or paint wood trim, cleaning job sites, support our team at the facilities level, correct problems w electrical outlets or adjust or replacing electrical fixtures; adjusting appliances that have already been installed, and other duties · Must have excellent customer service skills · Must have handyman skills and do repairs (if necessary) · Must have transportation · Will need to follow a schedule created by the office · Will need to communicate with installers and advise of corrections needed on inspected jobs · Site visit reports will need to be completed on a daily basis · Site visit pictures will need to be send to the office on a daily basis · Other duties may be required upon request · Will perform unit walk throughs and punch lists with client VISION miami describes its culture as: · Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused · Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture · Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative Schedule: · Monday to Friday · Saturday when needed Job Type: Full-time Job Types: Full-time
