About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. What you’ll be doing: Diagnosing roof issues and assisting with roof repairs Perform repairs and maintenance on various roof systems Check-in and out with clients and provide adequate documentation of roof diagnosis and repair methods Assisting with running materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment to job sites as needed Assisting with loading and offloading commercial projects Safely and efficiently operating tools and machines Required Skills: Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety Commitment to safe work practices Able to use and read measurements and follow directives to achieve daily job goals Ability to work well with teammates Good communication and customer service skills Ability to make effective decisions without specific instruction, while being capable of taking direction from upper management Authorized to work in the United States Valid state driver’s license (in good standing) Acceptable background check per company standards What we offer: Employee Referral Incentives Production and Safety Incentive programs Bi-annually Wage and Performance Evaluations Structured Career Path Bonuses Prevailing Wage Rates Great teammates and a passionate company culture
