Join me for a night of Cheese Making This one of the favorites of Soule' We will be making Farmers Cheese (or) Basket Cheese. with Rosemary, Honey and Lemon Zest Fresh Ricotta and we will learn how to pull Mozzarella Curd and then we will make Mozzarella Pinwheel from Di Parma Prosciutto, figs and fresh basil. BYOB always welcome Dining in is still not going on unless you are hosting a private event.
