For this event, Jennifer will lead us through a fun trail running 101 clinic perfect for all levels. From 2-4pm we will have short trail running clinic and teach you some practices to level up your running and help you be more confident on the trail. Join the group at Intrinsic Smokehouse and Brewery after the clinic and use your beer token for a delicious beer (or drink of choice) that you receive with your ticket if you like.
