Developing Professionalism and Ethics Developing Professionalism and Ethics is a required 12 hour class to obtain a real estate license. Skogman Real Estate School will offer this class on July 14 and 15th. Class will meet from 8:30 - 3:30, with an hour for lunch. This class will be held via Zoom. To receive your 12 hour CEU, you must have a computer with a camera and a microphone. Your camera must be on at all times.
