A Valentine's Day like none other. Come and enjoy a sunset tour on the farm curated by Chef/Farmer Joel Orsini. Join us and 7 other couples for a romantic sunset tour of the farm. Be treated to a complimentary dinner by Chef/Farmer Joel Orsini. Six courses of farm-fresh foods and a welcome beverage will be served. Profound Microfarms grows over 150 varieties of leafy greens, rare culinary herbs, edible flowers, and microgreens in 17,000 sqft of greenhouses. Many of the rare herbs Profound grows can not be found commercially anywhere else in Texas. Menu (subject to change depending on what's fresh on the 14th) Grilled Oysters | Beurre Blanc, Garlic, Chives Smoked Mushroom Tarte Tatin Pork & Farm Greens Braised Rabbit Gnocchi Bison & Puntarella Bolo de Fubá | Ricotta BYOB - Chef recommends a medium-bodied red wine.
