Gilead Community Services, Inc., a non-profit agency, Middletown, CT, invites GENERAL CONTRACTORS to submit a proposal to:All materials and labor to complete paving installation at West Silver Street, MiddletownContractor must obtain permits from City of Middletown, copy to Gilead prior to beginning work.Contractor must adhere to project start and completion dates. Supply and install all materials as needed.Level area, install substrate, install asphalt, create entries discussed with client.Remove and dispose of construction debrisThree year warranty activation. Installer must be licensed.Price to include all materials, labor, and reconfiguration as necessary, warranty activation, permits, taxes, and inspections. Projects are funded by HUD and subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Proposals must be received no later than 2/26/21.
