Gilead Community Services, Inc., a non-profit agency, Middletown, CT, invites GENERAL CONTRACTORS to submit a proposal to:Flooring: Removal and disposal of the existing carpeting,Moving of the existing furniture to allow for the carpet installation’Supply and install carpet tiles. Supply and install new vinyl cove base, 4”,Floor preparation as needed.Painting of the interior to include:First Floor - 2 stairways, first floor open area and 2 bathrooms. Second Floor – 5 offices, open area, trim in 2 bathrooms. Preparation of the walls to include nail pops, small holes in the walls. All painted surfaces to be painted with two coats of latex. Projects are funded by HUD and subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements. Proposals must be received no later than 2/26/21.
