GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in town, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Wednesday, William Delen won $30,000 playing a "Play 2" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Grocery Express LLC in the Old Greenwich area of town.
