Looking to employee a long term housekeeper for a 5000 sq/ft home with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths in San Rafael. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30/9:30am to 11:30am/12:30pm (about three hours a day). Daily cleaning needs include: wash/dry bedding and put new bedding on every other day for 6 twin beds. Vacuuming, light dusting, collecting trash from garbage bins, cleaning mirrors, mopping as needed, light cleaning of bathrooms. Flat rate of $500/week for roughly 15hrs (if cleaning is done in less than 15hrs, rate will not change). Compensation can be discussed further.
Once a month a deep clean of house, that will include: wiping baseboards, washing windows, cleaning kitchen/oven, deep dusting, vacuum, mopping, etc for extra additional rate. No pets. Needing someone to start by the end of this month. Please contact Amanda. Serious inquiries only.
