What to do W/Chas. Town Center

Talk radio WCHS 58 asks what to do with Charleston Town Center? There happens to be this little organization called Urban Renewal. You know the ones who used eminent domain and condemn the homes (Black Families) that once lived there. Said it was slum and blighted? Maybe they should use their authority now and take possession since it is obviously "Slum and Blighted"? While we're waiting for everyone to get their head out of their ass maybe pressure wash the grime and grit off. From what I can tell as it stands its in violation of about 15 or so City ordinances and zoning laws.
