EAST HAVEN, CT — At 187 COVID-19 cases reported since the beginning of the school year, watching the school district's case tracker update in real time showed what happens when one person tests positive — an entire class goes into quarantine. The East Haven Public Schools COVID-19 tracker, with data from late Wednesday, showed no cases at Ferrara Elementary School since Monday.
