Maintenance Etc. is looking for a full time apartment carpet cleaning technician. We are based in Tacoma, and provide services to multifamily properties in King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties. Other duties include: general property maintenance as needed. Benefits include medical, life insurance, employee paid dental, PTO, and paid holidays. Must have a clean driving record with no DUI history. Must be available for on call. On call rate will be paid out at double time. We will provide training to the right candidate. Prior experience is beneficial but not required.
