We are looking for cleaners to do turn-over cleans for Residential Homes. This is a long-term job, only those seeking serious employment opportunities need to apply. Scope of work: 10hr/day on weekdays. Must be willing to work nights and weekends if needed. Deep move-in/move out cleaning, detailed work. Pay: $15-$17/hour. Requirements: • Must have a valid driver's license and valid Insurance. • Preferred, good driving record to drive a company vehicle. • Must have reliable transportation that can hold cleaning equipment and supplies. • Must be able to pass a background check for military base access. • Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must have a smartphone with reliable service to be able to clock in/out and document your work. • Must have a bank account as payroll will ONLY be paid by Direct Deposit. Pay is every two weeks. • Workers must be punctual and reliable • Physically able to lift 50 lbs. • Comfortable with working on a job site with or without others present. • Good communication skills. • Attention to detail IS A MUST • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management • Strong teamwork skills • Proactive problem solver
