I offer 1000$ to whoever help me find an off market real estate property that is for sale by the owner and have the following: - The ideal property would be a multifamily apartment building with minimum 10 and maximum 14 units. I consider also smaller and bigger buildings, you can call me anyway if the deal you found is close to this. - It should be for sale by the owner. It could be a property that you saw in your neighbor, or you know someone that wants to sell this type of property. - It MUST be off market, meaning it is not publicized online or advertised. The purpose of this Craigslist post is to find this type of property off market. -The property should be located in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, or Palm Beach County. Tips for your research of the property: -You could ask your network (family, friends or whoever) if they know someone with an apartment building that the owner is thinking (or decided) to sell. -You could drive in your neighbor and take a look at the properties. You might find a good six units building and contact the owner to see if he wants to sell. -Be creative! I will then make an offer to the owner of the building to purchase the property. When the owner accept, you get 1000$ the same day for helping me find the deal.
