BOWIE, MD — The Bowie Police Department listed three arrests in its weekly report. One detention came while servicing an arrest warrant, the write-up said. The other two followed a DUI and a weapons crime, officers added. Police indicated that they satisfied the arrest warrant on Jan. 27. That encounter came at the corner of Collington Road and Mitchellville Road, the release detailed. The DUI followed last Friday, officers advised. Police informed that they made the arrest at the intersection of Laurel Bowie Road and Old Annapolis Road. Officers explained that a Tuesday weapons violation prompted their final arrest. That stop came on Governors Bridge Road, the report noted.
