Cleanup event along Fresno and Mariposa Streets in SW Fresno Beautify Fresno is partnering with Centro La Familia Advocacy Services, District 3 Councilmember Miguel Arias, and Olympic Property Services to host a cleanup event on Presidents Day, Monday, February 15 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The event will focus on cleaning the area between Fresno and Mariposa Streets, from California Avenue to Kearney Boulevard. Volunteers are asked to meet at the Centro La Familia offices at 302 Fresno St, Suite, Fresno, CA 93706 beginning at 9:30 a.m. to sign in, receive materials and instructions. Beautify Fresno will provide safety vests, paper pickers, gloves and trash bags, along with pre-packaged snacks and bottled water. In an effort to keep you safe during this pandemic, Beautify Fresno will follow guidance from our national advisors at Keep America Beautiful, as well as all health and safety protocols from the CDC and the Fresno County Department of Public Health.
