We need a handyman to help manage the repairs and rehabs of our 20+ rental properties throughout Birmingham. Individual must be punctual, reliable, and able to resolve issues the first time. Properties include single family homes and apartments. This opportunity would be great for a retired individual with 15 to 20 hours per week of time available. Typical jobs will include interior/exterior paint, flooring, plumbing/electrical fixture install, drywall repair, wood floor staining, roof repair and general repairs.
