Seeking No B.S. Good Carpenter Handyman 4Porch & Garage Remodel and… GUYS or WOMEN responding> * We've gotten a Fair amt of replies and if you say "I can do it all call me" NO I won't WHY? Because I don’t have enough time to call each person back and talk about what their 3 strongest Skills are and which projects Listed below that can do well. SO PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD AND SELL ME ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AND WHY HIRE YOU VERS ALL OTHERS? So yes, it is a long ad so you understand all we want done, and realize we are selective in trying to find someone we click with and can call upon as new things come up. Now, whether it’s doctors – mechanics or whomever, this town is full of flakes, those that lack follow through and people that misrepresent what they can do well. Definitely not same Midwest values I grew up with. Since I was a Lic Gen contractor in past, if you are not a decent framer / finish carpenter, then we can’t use you for the porch and garage remodel. Plus your cost per hour or would you like to bid so we don’t waste each other’s time. I ran this ad before and found a nice Fair Priced talented guy to do a fair amount. However, he has a FT job and other things going on and not able to come enough. Plus, the list has grown to include remodeling our porch mostly Carpentry - Tile and some Electrical outlets and if you can install LED accent lighting (see pic of panels that have stone image cut outs. Project # 2) Remodel single car Garage stall. 19’L x 10w x 8’H + Install Costco 12-piece Storage cabinets and work benches. Take out 9’x7’garage door, and frame wall with 36” Dr and window. Install 2 steel beams, insulate accordion ceiling - S- rock. Make into cool playroom with fold up drink counter (see idea in nice garage pics I posted) install tile - rubber flooring like in gyms. 3rd) * We have a knee wall 7’ x 6’ on side of car port we want to Remove siding replace with Masonite. 4th) BID this> Build ½ Shed on to back of house approx. 8’w x 4’D x 7’H Find and Install doors, insulate some, and install Masonite siding. (We may have painter?) Following are misc Honey Do’s 5th) Add plywood backer to bandanna cabinet storage and remove and replace Rubber Sweep on Dr 6th) Glue Bricks together & put screen on Inside prevent critters and silicone decorative metal piece by booster antennas and wires 8) Tile entry to porch 10’x5’ 9) Install Small Water fountain pump 10) We would like a Bid to Epoxy paint or Etch stain floor in Garage and Carport area 24’ x 11’ and 10 x 11 apron that is W facing and be in the sun. 11) Use your experience or CAD to improve TWO 26“D x 14’W x 8’H closets maximize spacing 12) IF you are a good finish carpenter, cut existing fridge opening to accommodate slightly larger Kitchen Fridge.
