Crash Closed I-94 Lanes For Hours Thursday

WOODBURY, MN- All Westbound lanes of I-94 reopened following a crash involving a semitrailer truck and a snowplow, according to the Star Tribune. The lanes reopened around 6 a.m. Thursday morning after being closed since 1:35 a.m. when the crash occurred. A dispatcher for the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Regional Transportation Management Center told the Tribune that the crash occurred near the interchange of I-94 and County Road 19. Drivers were directed off of and back onto the freeway using ramps while the lanes were blocked. More crashes are predicted as roads worsen due to snow storms. Read More at the Star Tribune.
