MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — As he was walking along the Manhattan Beach Pier Thursday morning, a man walked up to local writer-photographer and former USA TODAY tech guru Jefferson Graham and said, "I look forward to seeing your pictures every morning." Which was all he needed to hear. Here's a shot of the Manhattan Beach Pier, taken just around 8 p.m., after some blue sky started appearing behind the clouds.
