PARKING:::There is street/grass parking all around the block in front of fences. just watch out for DO NOT PARK signs. To LOCATE the class, walk in the gate to the RIGHT of house 7630, labeled “Earth N Us Farm.” Keep right past the animals and you will see the big Tiki hut pavilion where we practice. This ALL-LEVELS class is a fun and challenging routine that builds strength, flexibility and mobility. We fly through weightless inversions, functional movements, CORE work, SPINAL activation and decompression. You will leave feeling relaxed, stronger, and energized.
