Looking for Weekly Housekeeper

Hi, I am looking for a housekeeper that is available once a week, hopefully long term. The house is a 4 bedroom, and I only use specific cleaning materials here. If you are interested, please send me any availability and salary requests and I will get back with you. Please take a look at the list below, I am looking for someone who is capable of all things on this list.
