Many students have been impacted by the multiple challenges brought on by the serious global health threat, COVID-19. MGE understands the dilemmas that these students are facing as it pertains to their studies, mental health, and ability to stay focused. Sheltering in place and physical distancing is not a “norm “for many of us and has taken a large toll while adjusting to expectations beyond what we are accustomed to. M.E.A.N. Girls Empowerment, in partnership with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, will provide 100 students completed their studies in the state of Illinois with College Essential Care Packages to make like a little easier
All registrants must show proof of enrollment in order to receive care package. Proof of enrollment can include, but are not limited to, the items below. Students who do not have a student ID may provide other listed items with another form of photo ID (Driver's license, state ID, passport, etc):

Letter mailed from university
Letter from an Academic Advisor or Professor on official school letterhead
Distribution Dates and Times will be April 11th and 12th from 12pm-2pm
