Not looking for anything serious, just looking to have fun and make some beautiful nostalgia-inducing melodies & harmonies. if you're familiar with midwest indie emo revival stuff you might know bands like Turnover, The front bottoms, Camping in Alaska, Saintseneca, Mansions, Empire! Empire! The Hotelier, Gleemer, The world is a beautiful place & I am no longer afraid to die, Head honcho, Pentimento, Sorority Noise, Marietta, Modern Baseball, Adventurers, Kittyhawk. I also dig shoegaze and some indie-pop. I play guitar and sing but also can do bass stuff. I'm already in a band doing progressive metal. Look for ages 25-35 ideally but I'm flexible. I really feel like something about growing up in the '90 and early 2000s and having those experiences before our lives were taken over by screens gives a different kinda chemistry with this sound.
