CARLSBAD, CA — Patch reader Liz Lopez captured this photo Jan. 29 of a snowy egret across the street from Kelly Elementary School in Carlsbad. "They come out after the rain typically," Lopez said. "Happened to take a photo right before he flew away and captured this at just the right timing!" Thanks for sharing!
