"Rough Cut Men Experience" uses Hollywood clips, high energy, transparency & Biblical truth to create a battle ready brotherhood among men. The Bible states that we have an enemy that is out to "steal, kill and destroy" (John 10:10) and that we should "pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up" (Ecc 4:10). On the battlefield, soldiers never engage the enemy without covering fire. Men need other men, even as we battle marriage, kids, money and work. In the church, most of us stop at the small group level, but the war is won, or lost, in a fireteam --- four men who are "outside the wire" and "in contact with the enemy". The Rough Cut Men "Movie Experience" uses a strategic combination of Hollywood action movies, Biblical Truth and the high energy and transparency of speaker David Dusek to accomplish a single, laser-focused mission: To create "battle-ready brotherhood" among men. The two-day event, presented in partnership with First Brethren Church of Elkhart and That Church on the Rise, begins on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM and continues on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM.
