Air Guitarist with some vocals seeking heavy-ish thing

Ok, I play Bass. I play Guitar. I can happily do either of these things while making mouth noises. doesn't really matter which one i'm a fine bassist as well as guitar player and have more than all the necessary equipment to do either, i get a great deal of feel and satisfaction out of playing either of these instruments, and i don't have the hangup where i'm gonna be intimidated or threatend by other axemen (like typical ego guitar players) I'm a grownup you see... I am solid on rhythm, know my way around the fret board. I have good vocal range, singing, and heavier stuff where needed. i'm better suited for backing vocals than lead (just don't have the ego to be up front, i like to be out of the spotlight, but don't get me wrong i still fucking throw down). I don't really buy into all the silly metal / rock genre names.. I don't really get all that. i like a good crunchy guitar tone, hard hitting drums, a groove that makes you want move... huge choruses.. emotions.. feelings.. dynamics. some good singing blended with some angrier stuff where it fits.. yet you can still make out the words. i like music that is more than just damn straight up noise, but still powerful enough to get the point across. if i can't feel it i'm not playing it. period. bands i listen to sometimes. mastodon. high on fire. Sahg. deftones. helmet. sepultura. and more! and if you act now.. Tons of live and studio experience here.. I have time to commit, I'm highly motivated. I have my shit together. I know how to act professional and communicate. Would like to find others with those similar traits. starting to feel like theres not much of us left. Not at all in a rush to do anything quick. there is alot of time due to (you know what). being able to work remotely is a huge plus. I have enough basic studio gear in my room to atleast get my ideas across. have plenty of riff ideas as well as complete songs. that is all. stay thirsty my friends.
