Hey whats going on I'm a licensed contractor who services all of San Diego county. I have been working with my solid crew for the last few years but it's time for me to start subbing out some of my work. I work with a lot of high end customers so I do need the next crew that I hire to be used to showing up on time, having a clean workspace, having a good attitude even when things don't go to plan, and good customer care. I am a pretty fair guy and I always work with the guys that I subcontract when it comes to things like additional labor. I have been doing this for a very long time. So if you pull up a carpet for example and find unforeseen subfloor damage/additional work, that gets added on to the original agreed piece work. You do need to be able to have your own vehicle, tools, helper, and legal paperwork (call for more info or options).
