Mid-sized residential property management firm seeking assistant Handyman/Maintenance Technician to complete repairs on occupied & vacant properties and assist Maintenance Supervisor in larger repairs. Must have at least 2 years experience in residential repairs & be a reliable, motivated individual with the following BASIC skills: *Plumbing *Electrical *Drywall (must be able to match textures) *Painting *Irrigation repairs *Basic carpentry *Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot appliance issues Requirements include: *Valid driver license *Be eligible to work in the US *Have a basic set of tools *Have a smart phone *Ability to work with minimal supervision & be a problem solver *Good communication skills with tenants, Supervisor and office staff This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5pm. Company vehicle and additional tools will be provided for use during work hours. Initial drug screen required.
