Pacific Coat Painting is hiring again! The majority of our work is repainting exteriors and interiors, for private homeowners. However, we also do some commercial painting work. For the Painter position experience in exterior and interior painting is a plus, but isn't required. Email and let me know about your painting experience. If interested we will call you and discuss the job opening and the expectations of the position. From there you could be invited to interview with us. For the Foreman position we need to add at least 1 foreman. For this position you must be a skilled painter that is able to train others to paint. Foreman in our company manages their assigned project, and small team (we work in teams of 3 to 4 people). Foremen also get to assist in the hiring/composition of their team. Foremen are responsible for coordinating with clients, so having a good customer service sense, even temperament, and good communication skills, are musts. Starting base hourly compensation is dependent on experience, but will be in the $23 to $26 per hour range. In addition, foreman get a larger per project bonus, production volume bonuses, and customer service bonuses. On top of that we will provide whomever is hired with a job trailer, plus either a company vehicle, or an allowance for using your own van, or truck, to tow the job trailer. No personal tools and equipment necessary. ALL PCP EMPLOYEES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: *Valid Drivers License *Have your own car or truck at all times. *Cannot fear heights, but also willing to be safe. *Excellent communication skills. All of our people come in direct contact with our clients and should be able to carry a full conversation and present themselves in a professional demeanor. *A willingness to share your knowledge and obtain new skills, in a teamwork atmosphere. *Willing to work 8-10 hours a day in the Fall and Spring. *Willing to work 10 hours a day in the Summer. *Bring a high energy, high output approach to working. Our employees work on an guaranteed hourly base wage that is paid weekly, plus per project bonus. This means that the more efficiently you work the greater the earning potential. *Be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
