RENOVATION TECHNICIANS wanted for Apartment projects FULL-TIME - STABLE COMPANY - GREAT TEAMS - BEAUTIFUL PROPERTIES The Lewis Group of Companies, a large, well-respected developer in California, is hiring a team of experienced rough carpenters/general labor technicians for large-scale apartment renovation projects. These are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm full-time permanent positions, $19-21/hour depending on experience. Candidates MUST HAVE solid rough carpentry experience, including framing, siding, decking and construction helping work for EXTERIOR RENOVATIONS. General labor skills should also include basic electrical, water damage repair, stucco & painting. Great full-time opportunity! Tools provided! Benefits! Annual bonus potential!
