Lead Renovation Technician wanted in the greater Sacramento area. The Lewis Group of Companies, a large, well-respected developer in Northern and Southern California, seeks an experienced trade technician for mid-large-scale apartment renovation projects on Lewis communities in the greater Sacramento area, including Roseville, Antelope, Vacaville, Natomas and Tracy. To be successful, you should have 2+ years of experience in various trades including rough carpentry, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, etc. Proficient in MS Word and Excel is required. This is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm position. This is a great full-time opportunity to join a new team at Lewis! Tools provided! Mileage reimbursement and $100/month cell phone allowance.
