Part Time Porter/Handyman - Mornings - Multi unit office building. Monday - Friday, 7am to 1pm, 6 hrs a day. 30 minute break for lunch. Cleaning of 11 bathrooms, vacuuming, garbage for all units daily, dusting and mopping of units and hallways, grounds cleaning, mowing, snow shoveling, painting, and other work as needed. Must be good with people, and hardworking. Must be available during every snow fall and for emergencies. Please send resume and references. $20 per hour.
