OVERVIEW: First, final connect 5 roughed-in circuits, in 2 sub-panels, mount or help mount 1 outside, mini-split heat-pump, 2 indoor units, connecting lines, drains, electric. * Electric-Connect 5 breakers, 1 disconnect, 2 GFCI receps, 1 outlet ALL WORK AT OWNER'S LARGE HOME/PROPERTY * Mini-split units: mounting hardware, hang, connect wires, copper lines, drains OWNER OWNS INDIANA HVAC *Other handy property improvements and house repairs LATER: * DRIVE Bobcat or skid loader to move sod/dirt and spread gravel for parking area by driveway *Level and move (with a winch or Bobcat) to support gravel/block spots 2 8 X 20' shipping containers (for sheds) *Wire, insulate, finish, and build onto shipping containers ONSITE: Table-saw, compressor, nearby outlets, cordless tools, bits, blades, all materials HAPPY FAMILY HOME with home-schooled kids, 4, 6, 8, 10.
