DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintaining on items throughout the interior and exterior of the buildings. Keep entrances, walkways and stairway clear of debris, snow, ice. Hand dust and wipe clean all furniture, fixtures and windowsills Responsible for keeping the building grounds and common areas, Laundry rooms clean Daily walk thru, cleans, sanitizes, wash/clean thru out both buildings Daily clean all entrances and exits, mop, shampoo, vacuums floors Daily Empty all waste receptacles and remove wastepaper. Remove recyclable materials as per building recycling regulations Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies Assist with snow removal activities, maintain landscaping and clean up Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment Other duties as assigned Assist superintendent with tenant work orders, renovations/repairs in units and as needed Report and work closely with Property Manager Constant lifting from various levels loads while cleaning Self-starter, experience carpentry wok, as well as painting/plastering Previous cleaning experience desired Must be, professional, polite & respectful to all tenants and staff Fluent in Spanish is a plus Please do not apply if you are not punctual, reliable and take pride in your work EDUCATION: High School Diploma strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Please submit a copy of your resume to apply
