POSITION SUMMARY The Facility Team Member maintains a variety of different types of machinery and equipment, plumbing, and occasionally janitorial maintenance. While performing the duties of this job, this position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing, as well as frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain. Must be able to work flexible hours. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Become familiar with the design and layout of the facilities; learn the locations of installed environmental control and monitoring systems and equipment; and understand operating procedures relating to environmental controls. Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Performs routine preventative maintenance Examines environmental control and stationary systems to diagnose problems using proper inspection, testing, and monitoring techniques while exhibiting safe and proper use of tools. Maintain clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. Troubleshoot and solve issues timely and effectively. Maintain OSHA requirements for worker safety and maintain strict adherence and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Assist in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in accordance with operating policies and procedures. Safeguard cultivation operations and contents by assisting security personnel with safety and security awareness, procedures, and protocols. Continually pursues educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge. Communicates regularly with head of cultivation on design, issues, solutions, changes, etc. Report for work on all assigned workdays and report on time with a positive attendance record MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to obtain appropriate cannabis licensing cards Intermediate skill in use of enterprise computer systems and software.
