Looking for a Tutor/Nanny

Hello, My name is Justine. My husband and I are 27 years old. I am a stay home mom with 2 children. I feel like I am extremely busy. I make 3 meals a day on top of keeping up my house, laundry errands... I have a 17 month old and. 5 year old in kindergarten. He currently is in online school until next month which is optional. We had a tutor that came 2 times a week for the last couple of months but for some reason she no longer can come she also has a daughter in school and told me she is too busy to keep up. My husband works 6am-6pm 5 days a week. It is mostly me home taking care of the children, getting groceries, cooking, cleaning, homework....and whatever else the day brings. My husband is Mexican and fluent in Spanish. I am also hispanic but I speak English, I am not fluent but I can get buy. We would prefer you to speak Spanish and at least know enough English to help my son with homework. Spanish is greatly appreciated so my son can grow his knowledge in Spanish speaking as well as myself. I will make you breakfast lunch and dinner depending how long you are here for.. What I AM LOOKING FOR- I am looking for a WOMEN only in her early/mid 20's and up. Someone reliable, with your own vehicle in case I need you to pick something up or take the kids somewhere (mostly my son) or to pick up groceries if my daughter is sleeping or I can not leave that day. Date nights, or just come along with me to the store to help out. I am a morning person if I do not get my shopping done before 9am which is hard because online school I will not leave the house because I don't like when the stores are busy or to take my kids out alone during the day just too much of a headache. I would also like if you helped with entertaining the kids during the day with going on walks or just hanging out with them while I do laundry/cook/clean... Please do light house work, and help with the dog at times. A couple days a week would be great for you to come or I will tell you ahead of time for date nights. Prepare snacks for the kids. No drugs, or recreational marijuana. We seldom drink but we do smoke hookah. We do not smoke inside, no cigarettes. We are a pretty laid back family, we love to dance laugh and listen to music. Family is very important to us. We are looking to open up a business later on this year that may take some of our time during the days/months. I am not only looking for a nanny/tutor but someone I can trust. My children are my life and I have never had or trusted anyone to watch them but family. But even my family is extremely busy.
